The flowers are a light to medium blue and low at a height of twelve to eighteen inches. This lily-of-the-Nile is hardy to USDA Zone 8 (+10° to +20°F). Also known as 'Summer Gold,' 'Hinag' was introduced from Japan by Barry Yinger. Where winters are colder than Zone 8, it would make a good container plant. Its small scale is perfect for a 6-inch to 10-inch pot.
